A strategic executive with more than 30 years of technology experience, Lou is responsible for organic revenue growth and leads the sales, marketing, customer success and professional services teams globally. Within the acquisition strategy, his focus is on maximizing channel synergy with target companies to enhance our value as an Enterprise Information Management leader.
Lou held leadership roles at several privately funded companies that have resulted in four successful exits. Most recently he was CEO of both Scribe Software, a data integration solutions company, and WebDialogs, a SaaS-based web conferencing provider that was acquired by IBM. At IBM Lou served as Director of Strategy and Operations for Online Collaboration Services within Software Group. Lou began his career in sales at Xerox and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
Tim brings more than 20 years of comprehensive finance and accounting experience to Magnitude Software. His previous experience includes two contract CFO roles at Nimble Software Systems and Socialware. Prior to that, he held several executive-level positions at Symantec, including VP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Strategy, M&A Integration, and Head of Internal Audit. Before Symantec, Tim held a variety of finance and planning roles at American Airlines. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brian has a 20-year track record of building successful technology businesses. His experience spans the business spectrum from large corporations to early stage ventures, including building two start-ups that were acquired by public companies. As EVP of Corporate Development/Mergers & Acquisitions, Brian works closely with both the Magnitude Software technology and operations teams and actively networks within the technology investment and investment banking communities. Brian previously served as EVP Corporate Development & M&A at Upland Software. Prior to Upland, he was Managing Director and head of M&A for Silverback Enterprise Group, a consolidator of enterprise software companies. Silverback formed two platform companies: Upland Software focused on SaaS Enterprise Work Management and Magnitude Software focused on Enterprise Information Management.
He brings critical technical knowledge and understanding to the support organization with more than 20 years’ experience in customer support organizations as well as a solid background in software development. David came to Kalido from RSA Security, acquired by EMC in 2006, where he was responsible for the Authentication Advanced Technical Support organization for the Americas. His experience in implementing support models and the use of technology to increase efficiencies will enable Magnitude Software to continue enhancing the service provided to its customers. David holds a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and PMI certification from Boston University-Corp Education Center.
Mike has been a part of the Kalido team since 2010 when he joined to establish the link between Kalido’s data management solutions and business process improvement through data governance. He has a proven track record of more than 25 years of leadership and providing innovative solutions to complex business problems focusing primarily on data warehousing and business process improvement. Prior to joining Kalido, Mike managed strategic partner channels and served as a process intelligence and performance management expert with IDS Scheer. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in decision sciences and computing from Rider University.
David brings over 20 years of experience as a leader and technologist, and has led teams in companies across a variety of industries while bringing a solution-oriented approach to business needs. He has been in key leadership positions during times of significant transition, and has helped run and build IT infrastructures for multinational and internet-facing companies. David has led the IT organization at Noetix since 2008. Prior to joining Noetix, David has been in IT leadership roles at Getty Images, Three-Five Systems, Starbucks, and HomeGrocer. David holds a BSEE from the University of Washington and is a member of the Society for Information Management.
Paul’s team of highly skilled professionals are located in the UK and India, who ensure our customer implementations are delivered using best practices developed from hundreds of implementations. Paul was the first employee to join Kalido after it split from Shell in 2003 and has worked as a Solution Architect on many of Kalido’s implementations during his tenure. He has over 28 years of experience in the software industry, focused primarily on Data Management and Business Intelligence solutions. Prior to Kalido, Paul worked for many large blue chip companies including British Airways, BP, Philips Electronics and Oracle. Paul studied electronic and information engineering at the University of Hertfordshire.
Kelly has been a part of the Noetix team since 2003. She has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry and has focused predominantly on Business Intelligence and Oracle technologies. Previously, Kelly was General Manager of Professional Services for Noetix and managed the delivery of services around the globe with a highly skilled team of professionals located in the US, UK, and India.
Kelly is a graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in business finance and a minor in computer science. She went on to complete her Master of Science in business finance and management at the University of Colorado.
KV drives the M&A process from initial due diligence all the way to integration into Magnitude Software. He is responsible for setting up a common platform and ensuring standardization of processes to drive efficiency across different functions.
Previously, KV played key leadership roles at Silverback Enterprise Group and Trilogy managing over a dozen acquisitions and integrations. He brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software development and management. KV started his career as a software developer with Trilogy and holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Coman works closely with Magnitude Software’s product management and support teams to ensure our products are delivered in a timely fashion with the highest quality possible. Coman also plays a key role in working with our partners in the development and delivery of joint solutions to the market. Coman previously served as vice president of product development for Kalido products and is one of the original engineers on the Kalido project when it was conceived at Royal Dutch Shell in the late 90s. Coman holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in computer science and mathematics from Manchester University.
As CTO, Darren serves as our top technology spokesperson. Darren also plays a key role in developing and maturing key partnerships with leading technology companies. Darren previously served as group vice president of product management at Kalido. Prior to this role, he was lead solution architect and manager of the professional services organization in the United Kingdom, after joining Royal Dutch Shell as a senior consultant in 1998. Darren received a degree in management from Intec College in Cape Town, South Africa and studied Economics at the University of Stellenbosch.
Nigel was previously president of Kalido, which is a member of the Magnitude Software family of brands. Prior to Kalido, Nigel was senior vice president of development operations at CA, where he drove the automation of the product build, verification and integration process for all of CA’s products. During his 12-year career at CA, he held a variety of managerial positions in the company’s research and development and marketing departments, and was part of the leadership team that created the Unicenter enterprise management business. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in computer science from De Montfort University in Leicester, England.

Ney was previously the co-founder and president of Silverback Enterprise Group, where the team completed the strategic acquisition of nine industry-leading enterprise software companies and leveraged their synergies to build two powerful new entities: Magnitude Software and Upland Software. Magnitude Software offers a family of award-winning applications, from business intelligence and data warehousing to master data management, reporting and analytics. Upland Software (UPLD: Nasdaq) went public in late 2014 and is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software, with more than 1,200 active enterprise customers and over 300,000 active users in more than 50 countries.
Prior to co-founding Silverback, Ney was CEO of a series of Trilogy/Versata portfolio software companies. He previously served as chairman of the board, CEO and founder of CoreTrac, a financial services CRM software company. Ney began his career working for investment banking firms Lehman Brothers and UBS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University.
